2. I received one comment on my pitch and the feedback suggested me to speak louder because she couldn't really hear me. I was not surprised by this because I have always been a quiet speaker and it's always been an issue of mine. I found it insightful to hear it from someone else because though that volume may be okay for me (because I'm use to it), every person has different hearing needs and I need to take that into consideration.
3. I changed my volume to louder than my first pitch and after watching my first pitch again, I spoke faster. I found that in my previous pitch, it was too slow, it felt like an eternity before I said the next sentence. I tweaked a few words here and there, but ultimately the framework is still the same for Elevator Pitch no. 2.
Hi Bichgiang! You did a great job with this assignment. I also watched your previous elevator pitch and thought you did a good job on that too, but I can see the areas you improved. I like how you emphasized the importance of this issue by opening up your pitch with a shocking statistic, I took the same approach. I find this approach effective because numbers capture peoples attention. I think your tone also emphasizes the seriousness of the need. You also used great reasoning as to why your solution to the problem is the best. Keep up the good work.
